Respiratory Protection
As part of your on-boarding process, you must be medically cleared to wear certain types of Respiratory Protection (masks) to protect you if needed. To complete this process, you’ll need to receive a 16 digit log in # from the Chief ([email protected]). When you obtain that number, visit https://www.respexam.com/login.asp. Complete the appropriate questionnaire for:
The answers to your questions will be reviewed by a contracted Physician. SBES will never have access to your medical records. We will only receive a medical clearance, or a referral for further follow-up. Should you need further follow-up, you will be contacted back directly by the Physician, and a referral to the Squad’s medical provider will be given to you.
