South Branch Emergency Services makes available the Martha W. Subber Community Room and the High Bridge Community Room, for use by community groups and members, for certain type of community focused events, training and private functions. Approved uses include:
Community Group Meetings
Community focused or benefiting training sessions
Community Fund-Raising Events
Squad focused or benefiting training, meetings or celebrations
Squad member use for private functions, except as noted in Prohibited uses
This policy will NOT allow uses of the building for the following type of activities or events;
Political functions that would be against the charter of mission of SBES
High-concern events, such as Bachelor/Bachelorette type events
Events that could be a concern for damage to the property of belonging of SBES
Events that may be of concern for the good name and mission of SBES
Kitchen may NOT be used to prepare full meals. Oven/Stove may only be used to warm or maintain prepared food, and kitchen area to service food. Refrigerator may be used to temporarily store and cool prepared foods
Requirements
Sign Hall Usage Agreement upon approval of event by SBES
Supply required deposit per Usage Agreement
Provide required insurance ($1 million per occurrence, with $3 million in the aggregate)
Costs:
Community Groups/Non Profit: Community Groups looking to use the bullring for meetings or events, that are Non-Profit groups, may do so for a rate of $100 for the first four (4) hours, including set up time, and $50 each additional hour. (Note: Existing Users as of 7/1/2020 will continue at prior terms)
Community Groups/For-Profit: Community groups or For-Profit groups looking to use the building for meetings or events, may do so for a rate of $250 for the first four (4) hours, including set up time, and $100 each additional hour
SBES Members: Members looking to use the room for personal events, within the above approved usage list, may do so at the rate of $1.00 for the first 2 hours, and for $0 each additional hour. No deposit will be required. Insurance certificate must be provided.

The is NO ONSITE PARKING at our Clinton location for hall rentals. Private arraingments with local businesses would be responsibility of requesting agency/group
Clinton Community room is on 2nd floor, with elevator and walk up access, High Bridge is on first floor
